StressReliefSource.com is owned and operated by H. Paul Stanley, Jr., Ph.D. (hereafter referred to as Dr. Stanley).

These Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of StressReliefSource.com by anyone who uses any part of StressReliefSource.com (hereafter referred to as the User) in any way.

By using StressReliefSource.com the User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof.

The right to use StressReliefSource.com is contingent upon the User's full compliance to all of the terms and conditions herein. It is the User's responsibility to know and understand these terms and conditions.

The User is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the User's password(s) if any, name, telephone number, street address, e-mail address, any Websites with which the User has have an affiliation and any other personally identifying information.

Dr. Stanley shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any part of StressReliefSource.com.

Dr. Stanley shall have the right to change or modify at any time these terms and conditions. Notice of such changes may be made by posting on StressReliefSource.com. Such changes will be effective immediately upon notice thereof. It is the Users responsibility to review these Terms of Use from time to time and to be aware of any changes. Any use of StressReliefSource.com after such changes have been made and posted shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by the User of such changes.

The User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment needed for access to and use of StressReliefSource.com and all charges related thereto.

StressReliefSource.com is only for legal activities. The User shall not post or transmit through StressReliefSource.com any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, tasteless or indecorous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. Sexually suggestive innuendoes or double entendres are not permitted.

StressReliefSource.com is for the use of adults of all ages, races, religions, genders, national origins, and points of view. Therefore, any conduct by the User that in Dr. Stanley's discretion restricts or inhibits any other User from using or enjoying StressReliefSource.com will not be permitted.

StressReliefSource.com is not for the use of children or teens. If the User is under the legal age of adulthood in his or her location he or she does not have permission to use StressReliefSource.com.

Commercial activity is not permitted without prior approval from Dr. Stanley. The User shall not post information that contains advertising, promotional materials, or any solicitation without Dr. Stanley's approval.

StressReliefSource.com contains copyrighted material. The entire contents of StressReliefSource.com are copyrighted as a collective work under the United States copyright laws. The User may not modify, copy, publish, transmit, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part. The User may not use StressReliefSource.com to distribute unauthorized copies of copyrighted material. The User may download the copyrighted material contained in StressReliefSource.com for the User's personal use only.

If a User posts copyrighted material to any area of StressReliefSource.com, the User automatically grants, or warrants that he or she is the owner of the copyright or has permission from the owner of the copyright to post the copyrighted material. When posting material to StressReliefSource.com the User agrees to indemnify Dr. Stanley against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.

If the User believes copyrighted information or material which is the property of the User has been inappropriately or illegally posted to StressReliefSource.com, thus infringing on the User's rights, the User should send a notification to Dr. Stanley so that appropriate corrective action can be implemented.

Any material posted to StressReliefSource.com by the User becomes the property of Dr. Stanley and the User grants Dr. Stanley the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material in whole or in part.

Dr. Stanley is not liable for the conduct of the User. Dr. Stanley is not liable for any libelous or unlawful material which the User posts to StressReliefSource.com.

The User agrees to indemnify Dr. Stanley against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the misuse of any part of StressReliefSource.com.

Use of StressReliefSource.com is at the User's sole risk. The User acknowledges that Dr. Stanley is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other Users of StressReliefSource.com.

Dr. Stanley does not make any warranty with respect to any content or service provided through StressReliefSource.com.

Dr. Stanley does not make any guarantee of the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information in StressReliefSource.com. Dr. Stanley is not responsible for any errors of omission of any information or material contained in StressReliefSource.com or arising from the use of such information.

Dr. Stanley is not responsible for any failures, delays or interruptions in the delivery of any content or service contained within StressReliefSource.com.

Any information contained in StressReliefSource.com represents the opinion of the author of the information and may not be the opinion of Dr. Stanley unless Dr. Stanley is the author of the information.

StressReliefSource.com is provided on an “as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Any risk of injury from the use of any part of StressReliefSource.com rests entirely with the User.

Dr. Stanley shall have the right but not the obligation to monitor the content of StressReliefSource.com, including any information or material that the User may post, to determine compliance with these terms of use, any applicable laws, or any operating rules established by Dr. Stanley.

Dr. Stanley shall have the right to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to StressReliefSource.com.

Dr. Stanley shall have the right to refuse service to the User for any reason.

These Terms of Use are severable. In the event any provision hereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.
